About

Welcome and thank you for visiting Elm City-UROC (Undoing Racism Organizing Collective). We are a multiracial, anti-racist collective of organizers and educators building a movement for social change in and around New Haven, Connecticut. Working together we focus on what racism is, where it comes from, how it functions, why it is persists, and what we can do to dismantle it and build just and equitable communities.
